Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! I researched lots of other clinics for hair transplant in Turkey but Lerra clinic stood out to me because of the great communication, in depth explanations, competitive price and non-forced obligation to book with them whilst I was waiting back to hear from other clinics. No deposit needed, just flight confirmation and payment was paid on the day of operation in cash to avoid taxes added on top – variety of packages to choose from (I went with the gold package which included the hair transplant, laser teeth whitening session and 6 month product aftercare package and all travel and accommodation except for flights). They offer maximum grafts (about 4,000 in my case but this will be based on your own donor area). All services mentioned were professional and top quality: airport transfers, hotel accommodation (there was an issue with the room I was originally booked in but this was resolved immediately upon arriving at the hotel, and I actually got a hotel upgrade free of charge when taken to the new one), personal translator, drivers and doctors were all so friendly and professional given good advice, explanations and care throughout my 4 day trip. They have 2 locations – 1 in the Lerra medical centre where hair transplant and hair washing the day after takes place, and Lerra dental where teeth whitening is done – all transport to and from is included in their service. Special shoutout to Muhammad, my translator – what an absolute gentleman and great guy who made me feel welcome straight away and at ease with his friendliness and smile every time he greeted me, particularly as I do not speak any Turkish or Arabic at all – Highly recommended!

Very happy with the Lerra Clinic and the hair transplant i got. The service was excellent and communication via whatsapp/call when needed and consultating aswel for the hair transplant with every step explained upfront. It included everything from arriving to the airport with transportation to the hotels and to the clinic back and forth.
